About IP ban;

hmm, i dont know where to start, but im PointBlanc.
because my brother and i share a router, we have same IP.
i just tried logging in to maplestory, and it said i was banned.
i tried making a new acc to make sure one of the GMs banned out IP,
and the new account said it was banned too.
That means the GM banned our IP, correct?
I just want to say that I didn't hack at all,
and I would appreciate it if you'd unban our IP so i can still play.
i love Funeral MS, and i took time to raise my character.
i swear to god, that i never hacked, and Jump probably knows.
