I got banned?

I was creating a character and in the beginning map (the map after you click on Sera), Zakum pops up out of nowhere, kills me, dc's me, and I get banned too. My IP is banned because my other acc doesn't work either.
Could I please get unbanned?

I think they'll also need your IP Address http://whatsmyip.org

They can probably get my IP address by looking in the MySQL database, else they could also check the IP of my post. I'm not going to post my IP here.
